This is your opportunity to educate young adults about the careers in construction, professional, technical, and skilled trades.

Industry leaders from unions, educational institutions, construction companies, and associations have provided students, for over 25 years with interactive, hands-on experiences and demonstrations to attract motivated, quality Rochester area youth to construction and related careers.

We are asking you to provide personnel from your organization, as well as an activity that will allow the students a hands-on experience. It is our hope the students will have the opportunity to gain an overview of how the industry works by speaking with exhibitors about their chosen trade and by experiencing the technology that makes it all happen through hands-on activities.
