Each year during National Apprenticeship Week, Rochester Careers in Construction, Inc. teams up with regional building trades unions to invite educators and counselors to explore career pathways in construction. The goal is for educators to be able to better guide students down career pathways in construction through panel discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and opportunities to speak with current apprentices.

Construction workers are in demand! Join us to learn all about the many different types of careers within the construction industry so you can better guide your students down the construction career path. Hear from industry professionals on topics such as apprenticeship programs, opportunities for women in construction, post secondary educational opportunities, and more!
Learn Skills Needed to Succeed
We will give you a thorough understanding of the skills needed for specific construction industry and manufacturing industry trades so you can better equip your students with the knowledge they will need upon graduation.
Expereince an apprenticeship
Talk with current apprentices, see training in action, and even roll up your sleeves to experience craftsmanship first-hand!
